General Shipping Information

    Beauty Products, Ltd. offers FREE USPS PRIORITY or GROUND and UPS GROUND SHIPPING on all merchandise orders $ 750.00 and over. For orders totaling less delivery charges will be added.

    Please allow three business days from the time your order is received for the order to be processed and shipped. You may only cancel your order up to 24 HOURS after it is placed by calling Customer Service at 1-866-844-1995 the hours of 9 am - 5 pm Pacific Standard Time ("PST") Monday - Friday.

Back Orders/Out of Stock

    If some of the items in your order are temporarily Out of Stock, we will ship the available items only and notify you of any products that cannot be fulfilled. Currently, we do not offer "Back Orders" for products that are not available at the time your order is placed.

Returns

    Please note that at this time we do not accept returns of merchandise through the online Beauty Products, Ltd. store. Check all shipments immediately upon receipt and in the event of damage in transit, refuse shipment and contact our customer service department for reshipment of your order. Order Processing & Delivery

* Due to air transport regulations certain products such as fragrances may only be sent by UPS Ground, unless you specify the Express (Hazmat) option.

** Express shipments of flammables are an additional cost for customers who do not wish to use UPS Ground delivery. Federal Express charges a special handling fee to ship these items express.

    USPS will deliver on Saturday. None of our shippers will deliver on Sunday.

    If you place an order prior to 5 pm PST Monday through Thursday, and we have all your items in stock, it will be shipped the next business day from our warehouse by 5 pm PST for USPS and UPS deliveries and by 2 pm PST for Federal Express deliveries. Orders placed after 5 pm Thursdays, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday and/or Tuesday. We will notify you if an item is out of stock.

    Please note that on U.S. holidays, regular order processing may be slightly delayed. Also some U.S. carriers may not ship or deliver on certain holidays.

    Currently, Beauty Products, Ltd. does not ship internationally or to the US territories including Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands.

Tracking Your Order

    When you place an order with Beauty Products, Ltd., we will send you an immediate e-mail confirmation containing your Order Number. You can use this Order Number when you call our Customer Service Department if you have any questions about your order.

    If you want to ship products to two different addresses, you need to place two separate orders. At the moment, we can only ship to one address per order.
